GULP
I
learned how much antagonizing work goes into this ridiculously amazing stop
motion film. Such as spending multiple days/many many
hours going frame by frame to get such a short video. Also they pent 17 hrs taking pictures to make
a 20 second video. Then at the
beginning I thought it was a toy boat but turns out it was a life size boat
with a real person inside with large waves and lots and lots of sand
maneuvering. In total this video/process
is amazing.
DOT
What I found interesting about this one was that they took a
microscope lens and attached it to a nokia n8 then printed their girl/puppet in
3D which is 9mm tall! But different positions for the whole video. They got to 1000 frames and they were just
half way through. They were able to
make 4 seconds a day, 4 seconds a day and the video is 1:38 seconds long. Wow, just wow.
Wolf and Pig
This video was very cool. They made the stop motion by using
all of they’re pictures and overlapping them on different surfaces to make it
look like the pictures are moving throughout the room. It took a lot of pictures and looked very cool
with the story based on the wolf wanting the pig.
